Michael Greig started Sarasota Building Co. with one principle: do the work right, price it honestly, and be accountable for every outcome. No sales teams. No project managers who've never held a hammer. Every project is personally overseen by Michael and completed with a trusted network of licensed trade professionals he's worked with for years.

He holds both a General Contractor license (CGC#1533136) and a Roofing Contractor license (CBC#1266054) — one of the few contractors in Southwest Florida personally licensed for both. Every permit gets pulled. Every inspection gets passed.

SBC serves Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Englewood, and surrounding communities. Residential and light commercial. Kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, impact windows, custom cabinetry, and complete renovations.
